











Peanut Tofu & Green Bean Bowl
Crispy roasted organic tofu bites and organic green beans are paired with organic basmati rice, all generously drizzled with a flavorful, slightly tangy peanut sauce. The dish is finished with a sprinkle of organic scallions, cilantro, and sesame seeds, plus a refreshing squeeze of organic lime juice for the perfect balance of savory, tangy, and aromatic flavors.

To heat:
Stove top: Spoon rice into a small saucepan. Add 1 Tbsp of water and cook on low for 5-7 minutes. While rice is heating, spoon remaining contents into a medium saucepan. Add 1 Tbsp of water to pan and cover. Cook over medium/low heat for 5-7 minutes or until heated through. Add more water if needed.
Microwave: spoon contents into a microwave-safe dish, heat for 20 seconds, stir, and continue heating/stirring in 10-15 second intervals until heated through (microwave times may vary).
