Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: The deadline to make changes to your upcoming order is Tuesday by 12 noon the week prior. Please send any change requests to Barb@ohdishmeals.com.
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: We do not offer customization at this time. However, if there is an ingredient you would like us to avoid, please email us at Barb@ohdishmeals.com with your request, and we will respond shortly.
Q: What if I am unhappy with my order?
A: At Oh Dish, our goal is to provide you with delicious and convenient solutions to healthier eating. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at Barb@ohdishmeals.com.
Q: Does Oh Dish accommodate for food allergies?
A: We are not an allergen-free kitchen therefore do not recommend our products to anyone with a severe allergy.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: At this time, our meals are available for local pick-up only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 1pm - 6pm.
